From the moment we entered the exhibition of the house in January 2013, we knew we had met an agent that had our interests in mind, and your professionalism and attention to detail was fantastic along with your willingness to offer our loan broker your unconditional help, which took so much pressure off us.
Prior to exchange you kept in contact with us but at no time did we feel pressure. Your relaxed friendly attitude had us at ease from the onset.
After we exchanged, we asked several times for you to meet us at the house so we had access to check things and measure up for blinds, floor coverings etc. and you always obliged. Twice you even met us on your day off.
We would just like to say, your nothing is too much trouble attitude made what is usually a very nerve racking and stressful time quite calm and easy to handle.
Our house looks lovely now with a little bit of personalisation slowly developing it into a comfortable friendly house with character, warmth and love.
