What does Southern Property provide?

At Southern Property, we offer all that a traditional agency provides plus more. Our service includes everything from appraisal, marketing materials and professional photography, to assisting you with open homes and inspections, and delivering contracts. Southern Property offers the highest level of marketing for one of Canberra’s lowest fee’s from $10,950.00

No binding contracts

We truly believe in the service that we provide. Traditional agencies utilise a 90 day ‘exclusive agency’ agreement, which means you are locked in for the full 90 days. At Southern Property, we offer a minimum of a 30 day contract – if you aren’t fully satisfied within the first month, you are free to leave. We are the only agency confident enough in our service to offer this.
